Adhesive base and cover, 5 ft. (1.52m) length. PremiseTrak is a two-piece single channel nonmetallic raceway with a snap-on cover; available in two sizes. Its square shaped profile provide cable and wire capacity for most voice, data, or power wiring applications. The neutral office white color will blend with virtually any decor. A wide variety of boxes, device plates, and fittings is available to complete a raceway system. PremiseTrak is UL Listed and CSA certified. Two Sizes: PremiseTrak is available in two sizes, and in 5 ft. (1.52m) and 7 ft. (2.13m) lengths. PremiseTrak 1 is approximately .75" (18.9) x .68" (17.3). | The nonmetallic surface raceway system specified herein for branch
circuit wiring or data, voice, signal wiring shall be Hubbell PremiseTrak manufactured by
Hubbell Wiring Device-KellemsŪ or approved equal. Work shall include furnishing all raceway, and appropriate fittings and boxes to install a nonmetallic surface raceway system as indicated on the electrical drawings and described in this section. Installer shall comply fully with the manufacturer's instructions, and with electrical and safety codes. The raceway shall be a two-piece design with a base and a snap-on cover. Raceway shall have a .06" (1.52) wall and be provided in 5 ft. (1.52m) or 7 ft. (2.13m) lengths. It shall be approximately .75" (18.9) wide and .68" (17.3) deep for series PremiseTrak 1 (PT1) and 1.41" (35.7) wide and .90" (22.7) deep for series PremiseTrak 2 (PT2). Both base and cover are to be manufactured of rigid PVC compound. The base shall have a smooth texture, office white in color; the cover, a light pebble texture, office white in color. Raceway base and cover shall be designated as either PremiseTrak 1 PT1BC5 (5 feet length) or PT1BC7 (7 feet length), or PremiseTrak 2 PT2BC5 (5 feet length) or PT2BC7 (7 feet length). For adhesive back product insert an "A" into Catalog number (eg, PT2ABC5). A full complement of nonmetallic fittings must be available, including but not limited to 90° elbows, tees, conduit adapters, splice covers, end caps, and profile transition adapters. They shall be made of office white rigid PVC material to match color of raceway. Hubbell "PT1" series (PremiseTrak 1) or "PT2" series (PremiseTrak 2). Device boxes shall include one-gang low profile 1.13" deep (28.7), one-gang standard 1.63" deep (41.4), one-gang deep 1.91" (48.5) deep, two-gang deep 1.91" (48.5) deep, and a 5.31" (134.9) round light fixture box 1.05" (26.7) deep. Each box shall have the capability of accepting either PremiseTrak 1 or PremiseTrak 2 raceway profiles. Hubbell "PT12" series. Face plates shall be nonmetallic Hubbell "KP" series to match color of raceway and fit flush to device boxes. The raceway and all system components must be UL Listed and CSA Certified and exhibit nonflammable self-extinguishing characteristics tested to comparable specifications of UL 94V0. |
